Current Interview Process

This is just a rather small update regarding the interviewing process and how far I've managed to come.  Currently I've already completed the actual interview and the audio file is prepared.  Overall it went pretty well, I'm not particularly used to having an interview session, but I tried my best to make sure that the person I chose for the interview was as comfortable as possible.  The best advice I can give is to just don't be so nervous, just stay as calm as possible and the words will come out naturally.  I don't have any questions that I would like to be asked regarding the interview process as a whole so with that I am going to end this entry!
