Pregnancy and Stress

After we watched a video regarding pregnancy and stress last week I decided to look further into this ordeal.  According to an article on Medicine Net, Dr. Calvin Hobel have gotten closer to unlocking the mystery behind women and stress.  Stress not only increases risks that would lead to pre-term labor, but also many other problems could occur with the child after its birth.  When pregnant mothers begin to experience stress while pregnant, this could also lead to the baby developing stressful issues after birth.  While stress plays a big role, the question that comes to mind is what stress response is responsible.
